The suspect has been hit with 16 total charges

A 17-year-old boy has been charged with terror offences relating to extreme right-wing ideology.

The suspect, who has not been named because of his age, has been hit with 16 total charges following an investigation by Counter Terrorism Policing London.


Officers searched a property in Norfolk on April 10, 2025, and arrested the teen as part of the probe, the Metropolitan Police said.

Today, Scotland Yard said he was charged with two counts of dissemination of terrorist publications, five counts of making, having, or controlling an explosive substance with reasonable suspicion that it is not for a lawful object, and collecting, making a record of, or possessing information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

The teen was also charged with illicitly possessing a firearm, two cases of blackmail and making indecent images of children.

As well as these alleged offences, the teen was charged with one count of damaging property and one count of racially aggravated criminal damage.

According to the Met, the offences allegedly took place in Norfolk between April 2023 and April 2025.

The investigation into the teen relates to suspected extreme right-wing terrorism, the force said.

He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
