The parents of an October 7 attack victim have told GB News that they "no longer feel safe" in Britain, following the Golders Green stabbing yesterday.
Speaking to Home and Security Editor Mark White, Michael and Lisa Marlowe told the People's Channel that the situation within their community is becoming "really quite scary".
Jake Marlowe, their son, was killed at the Nova music Festival in Israel on October 7, 2023.
Reflecting on the attack in Golders Green, Mr Marlowe said they are "not surprised" and "certainly not shocked" by what happened.
He said: "It could have been stopped many years ago, and it hasn't.
"We have an insipid Government, sadly, that should have stopped the marches, should have stopped the hate, and it should have proscribed the IRGC as a terrorist organisation."
Mr Marlowe declared that they "don't feel safe" in this country anymore.
He told Mark: "Those two guys were just walking along and get stabbed - it really is quite scary now, and we don't feel safe in this country anymore."

Mr Marlowe recalled their son immigrating to Israel, warning his parents before he was murdered that he "didn't see a future" in the UK as he "didn't feel safe" living there.
He told GB News: "Our son Jake Made Aliyah when he was when he was 24. We asked him, 'Jake, why are you Making Aliyah?'
"He said, 'dad, mum, because I don't like this country. I don't feel safe in this country anymore. I don't see a future of this country anymore'.
"That was Jake when he was 24, and that was almost three years ago, so what a visionary he was."

Mr Marlowe stated: "It's terrifying that we cannot go about our normal business without the fear of somebody stabbing us or spitting at us or shooting us, whatever."
As Mark pointed out the display of Union flags on the street behind them, Mrs Marlowe stressed how the community "adheres to UK law", but others do not.
She told GB News: "We adhere to UK law and other people seem to do what they want and get away with it all the time.
"They set fire to the wall the other day where the Iranians are, it's just out of control."

Mrs Marlowe admitted that they feel "safer in Israel" than in the UK, as the police are "doing nothing" to protect them.
She said: "It's not comprehensible what's going on, completely. We feel safer when we visit Israel than we are here, because the police are doing nothing to protect us."
Criticising Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, Mr Marlowe declared he is using "empty words" to try and comfort the community.
He said: "We are being forced out for our own safety, it's terrible, it really is. We have an insipid Government, and certainly a Prime Minister that is a speaker of hollow words."
Mrs Marlowe concluded: "It's all lip service. It's when it suits, I believe."
