A man from Poole has revealed how he plans to spend his life-changing National Lottery prize of £10,000 a month.
The winner, a family man in his 30s who has chosen to remain anonymous, expressed his intention to direct a portion of his windfall towards purchasing a new property and vehicle.
The Dorset resident's good fortune arrives at an exciting time for lottery players across Britain, with major changes to the National Lottery on the horizon.
His win demonstrates the continued appeal of the Set for Life format, which offers regular monthly payments rather than a single lump sum payout.
"It's a great feeling, and it takes so much pressure off me and my family, we are able to hit all of our goals now!" the Poole resident said.

The Poole man's victory comes just days after the National Lottery revealed sweeping changes to its flagship Lotto game.
From June 7, players will benefit from a revamped two-round format that effectively doubles their chances of winning without increasing the standard £2 ticket cost.
Under the new system, participants will select the same quantity of numbers as before, but their overall odds of claiming a prize will shift significantly from 1-in-9.3 to 1-in-4.9.

The first draw using this updated structure is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, with subsequent draws taking place at roughly 8pm each Wednesday and Saturday.
