The winning numbers from the November draw were 09, 11, 27, 44, 48, 52.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners' Advisor at Allwyn, said: "What a way to kick off 2026 with a £15M windfall for one lucky Lotto player.
“We will now look to support the ticket-holder through the process and help them to start to enjoy their life-changing win,” he enthused.
Winners of substantial sums receive dedicated support from the operator's specialist team, who assist with the practicalities of receiving such a significant payout.

However, the lucky Briton will have to wait to receive their incredible winnings as the claim is currently undergoing Allwyn's validation procedures.
These checks involve comprehensive checks to ensure compliance with the Games Rules Terms and Conditions, while also safeguarding the integrity of the National Lottery itself.
Once these verification procedures are satisfactorily completed, the prize money will be transferred to the winner during a scheduled meeting with one of Allwyn's Winners' Advisers.
The identity of the winner will remain confidential unless they opt to publicise their good fortune.

| PAWhile the lucky winner must endure the agonising wait, the vigorous checks prevent embarrassing blunders like the one recently suffered by a man who thought he had scooped a sum.
David Gouldby, from Felixstowe in Suffolk, claimed he had matched three correct numbers but was denied the promised amount.
However, the National Lottery quickly rubbished the disappointed players' claims.
Mr Gouldby received a free Lucky Dip from an original eight-line Lotto ticket bought on September 22.
After matching three numbers, Mr Gouldby was convinced he was now set to receive a £30 prize.
Throwing cold water on his crusade, a spokesman from Allwyn, who runs the National Lottery, explained the expectant player was mistaken.
They told GB News the exchange ticket was only valid for the two draws on October 15 and 18, neither of which was a winner.
Therefore, there was no £30 prize.
