A ticket-holder in the UK has claimed a £181 million prize in Tuesday's EuroMillions draw.
The massive windfall represents the third-largest jackpot ever won in Britain through the National Lottery.
National Lottery operator Allwyn confirmed that one player successfully matched all five main numbers along with both Lucky Star numbers.
The precise sum won totals £181,073,415.70.
As well as the top-three UK ranking, the win marks the biggest lottery windfall recorded in 2026 so far.
Two other British players also secured significant prizes in the same draw, with one taking home £355,164.90 and another winning £16,601.50.
The winning main numbers drawn were 12, 14, 27, 44, and 50, with Lucky Star numbers 04 and 12.
Andy Carter, senior winners' advisor at Allwyn, said: "Brilliant news, someone in the UK has scooped a life-changing £181million.

"With that size fortune, this lucky winner would have wealth on a par with the likes of Adele (worth an estimated £170million).

The huge win will first be verified against the game's terms and conditions.

Tuesday's win would not see the lucky ticket-holder rank in The Times's Rich List - which lists Britain's 350 wealthiest individuals.
Though it would place them above a number of well-known celebrities.
Winning £181million will net last night's winner a greater sum than singer Dua Lipa's £115million estimated net worth.
It would also see the mystery champion rake in more than sports stars Sir Andy Murray and Harry Kane, believed to be worth £110million and £100million respectively.

The largest prize ever won by a British lottery player stands at £195million in 2022, EuroMillions says.
But the largest EuroMillions prize ever to go unclaimed in Britain was £63.8million in June 2012.
The EuroMillions draw is held every Tuesday and Friday across nine European countries.
Friday's jackpot now stands at an estimated £14million.
