Social media influencer dies after being hit by car outside London nightclub

Emergency services transported the Polish-born model to hospital for treatment.

She was pronounced dead on Saturday, nearly a week after the incident occurred.

The collision took place in one of London's busiest nightlife areas, with Argyll Street situated in the heart of the West End entertainment district.

Metropolitan Police confirmed the death in a major incident update.

Scotland Yard is continuing its investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident.

Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell expressed condolences following the tragic development.

DCI Foxwell said: "We would like to express our deepest sympathies to Klaudia's family and friends in light of this tragic update.

"Our thoughts are also with everyone impacted by this incident."

Gabrielle Carrington, a 29-year-old from Manchester, appeared before magistrates on Tuesday.

She had been charged with the attempted to murder of her fellow content creator following a reported altercation outside the venue.

The Metropolitan Police has since confirmed that the attempted murder charge will now be upgraded to murder.

Ms Carrington, who rose to prominence as part of the girl group Miss Dynamix during the 2013 series of X Factor, faces additional charges, including grievous bodily harm with intent, actual bodily harm, dangerous driving and drink driving.

Officers brought the charges approximately 36 hours after the alleged incident took place.

Two other pedestrians sustained injuries during the collision in Soho last weekend.

The court heard that security worker Anoush Chyche, a man in his 50s, sustained life-changing injuries as a result of the collision.

A third pedestrian, Latisha Armstrong, who is in her 30s, received treatment for minor injuries to her wrist.

Both were among those struck when the vehicle hit pedestrians outside the nightclub during the early morning hours.
