Several Insulate Britain protesters have been arrested after trying to block a junction on the M25.
Activists attempted to block the M25 near Junction 23 on Bignells Corner.
Six of the demonstrators were stopped by police from getting into the road at about 8am on Tuesday morning.

They instead sat on the pavement with a banner.
Some glued themselves to the surface and police say several people have been detained.
In a statement, Hertfordshire Police said: "Police were called at 7.45am today (Tuesday 2 November) to reports of protestors near junction 23 (Bignells Corner) of the M25.

"Officers are at the scene and working to resolve the disruption as quickly as possible.
"Several people have been arrested."

Nine Insulate Britain demonstrators have received committal papers in relation to an injunction granted to National Highways to curb eco-activist roadblocks, an Insulate Britain spokesperson has confirmed.
Diana Warner, 62, a retired GP, said: “One of the important reasons for coming out today was to say we’re all together. It’s not just nine.”
