The man charged over the mass stabbing on an London North Eastern Railway (LNER) train to London King's Cross on Saturday has also been accused of an attempted murder on a separate incident earlier in the day.
Anthony Williams, 32, has been charged with of 10 counts of attempted murder, one count of actual bodily harm and one count of possession of bladed article after the incident on Saturday evening.
He has also been accused with another count of attempted murder on a different train earlier in the day, at Pontoon Dock DLR station in East London.
Officers have said that a victim suffered facial injuries and had been being attacked with a knife on a DLR train in the early hours of the morning.

Deputy Chief Constable Stuart Cundy said: “The criminal investigation and support for the victims is a priority for British Transport Police.
“Our investigation is also looking at other possible linked offences.

“Following the charges authorised by the Crown Prosecution Service, I would stress the importance of not saying or publishing anything which might jeopardise or prejudice ongoing criminal proceedings, or the integrity of the investigation.”
Mr Williams will appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court later today.
Tracy Easton, chief crown prosecutor for CPS Direct, said: “The Crown Prosecution Service has decided to prosecute Anthony Williams with 11 counts of attempted murder, one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and two counts of possession of a bladed article following a police investigation into an incident on a LNER train from Doncaster to London on Saturday 1 November 2025.
“Our team of out-of-hours prosecutors worked to establish that there is sufficient evidence to bring the case to trial and it is in the public interest to pursue criminal proceedings.

“We worked closely with British Transport Police to review a huge volume of evidence including CCTV. The number of charges will be kept under review as this continues to progress.
“We know the devastating impact the events on Saturday’s train has had and how the incident shocked the entire country. Our thoughts remain with all those affected.”
A 35-year-old man from London was also arrested at the scene, however was released on Sunday with no further action. Police said he was not involved in the attack.
The incident took place on the 6:25pm LNER service from Doncaster to London King's Cross.
Just over an hour into the journey, the train was forced to divert into Huntingdon Station after the driver was alerted to an emergency on board.

The train departed Peterborough at 7:29pm, with police receiving multiple reports of stabbings onboard the train at around 7:44pm.
Armed officers made the arrests just eight minutes after the first 999 call.
The rampage left 11 injured, with five of those being discharged from hospital on Sunday. One remains in a critical condition.
Counter-terrorism police confirmed on Sunday there was "nothing to suggest" the incident was terror-related.
David Horne, managing director of LNER, said: “We are deeply shocked and saddened by yesterday’s incident and our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected, particularly our colleague who remains in a life-threatening condition, and their family.
“I would like to thank the emergency services for their quick and professional response and the care they provided to those injured.
“I would also like to recognise the driver, crew and our operational response colleagues for their bravery and quick actions.
“This is a deeply upsetting incident. Over the coming days we will continue to co-operate with the authorities involved and will do everything we can to support our customers and colleagues during this very difficult time.”
