A historian and a headteacher have warned children "have been let down" as students are being taught to feel ashamed of British culture.
GB News previously revealed that “corrosive” changes over the last 30 years have led to pupils being taught that Britain’s national culture and history is "intrinsically morally flawed".
Cultural historian Dr Philip Kingsley and LVS Ascot headteacher Christine Cardiff spoke to The People's Channel about what is happening in schools across the country.
Christine Cardiff explained that the issue is not widespread, but pockets of concern are "unacceptable" and "disgraceful".
She added that teachers who bring biased opinions into the classroom "really shouldn’t be teaching" and can be struck off by the Teaching Regulation Agency.

In her school, which has over 44 nationalities, children are encouraged to be proud of being British.
She explained: "In a school like mine, with over 44 nationalities, it has always been a place where people are proud to be British.
"Children come from all over the world to experience our culture.
"It’s the headteacher’s responsibility to ensure those values are instilled throughout the curriculum, and that every child has the right to be proud of being British."
Dr Kingsley said the decolonising trend in education has "gone completely overboard" in recent years.
He said students are failing in critical thinking, research, context, and even basic skills such as data collection.
He explained to Britain's News Channel: "I’ve spent a lot of time going into schools and working directly with pupils. Over the last 10 to 15 years, the decolonising fervour, the push to remove Britain from the centre of global narratives, has gone completely overboard.
"It’s not just about what’s being removed from the curriculum; there’s a sense of pathology applied to our history and culture.
"This is linked to poor educational practice. They’ve really been let down by the system. It sometimes feels as though a process of indoctrination is taking place."

| PAMs Cardiff stressed that teachers should equip students with the skills to seek the truth for themselves.
She said there is "no place in the classroom" for staff imposing their own ideologies on children.
Dr Kingsley said the upcoming curriculum review is unlikely to change the system significantly.
"It’s little more than a political response to Reform surging in the polls," he warned.
Labour has set up an independent review of the national curriculum and assessment, chaired by Professor Becky Francis.
Their curriculum reforms aim to modernise education by strengthening core skills while expanding digital, creative, and life skills.
They also focus on inclusivity, diversity, and rebalancing assessment beyond high-stakes exams.
