A racism row has erupted after a British schoolboy dressed up as a Just Eat delivery driver in a full black bodysuit.
The boy's mother defended her nine-year-old son's costume, saying: "It's not racist."
The anonymous mother said her nine-year-old boy did not take the Just Eat bag he made to school on Friday, as children across the area in Belfast attended class in fancy dress for Halloween.
The businesswoman, from the Shankhill area of the city, insisted the costume was not racially offensive as a picture of it went viral across social media.

She said: "I don't know why it has gone viral, it's a Morph outfit.
"My son has had that bag for ages because he goes to people's doors letting on he's a delivery driver and whatever.
"He went to school yesterday with just the Morph outfit on and nothing else, that was it.
"How is it racist?"

The mother questioned why shops are allowed to sell Morph costumes if they are deemed racist.
She noted that there are white Just Eat drivers too, explaining that the nine-year-old's costume had no racist intent.
She continued: "If I had sprayed the costume white because you can't get white ones, would that be racist?
"You can get blue ones and everything online. He wanted to dress up as a Morph for Halloween."
The mother noted that you cannot get white Morph outfits or otherwise, he would have worn that one.
Commenting on the bag, she said: "He's had that bag a long time, it's a Marks and Spencer's bag and he asked me to write Just Eat on it maybe four months ago because he likes to go round people's doors, he puts sweets in it and lets on he's a delivery driver. There's no harm in it.
"It's just people making a big deal out of it. I was actually gonna delete it off Facebook last night only it was my sister says to me 'why has he always got that Just Eat bag?'
"Plus, he's only just got the outfit, so what is the big deal? There's loads of Just Eat drivers who are white because I get deliveries all the time off them."

| PAThe post has received hundreds of reactions on social media, with a large majority finding the costume funny.
The mother said: "There's no negative comments about it on my Facebook post, none at all, there was no harm meant at all.
"It's nothing to do with racism, I might put a photo up of him in a white outfit with a Just Eat bag to see what comes of it.
"It's not racist, far from it, it's a child in a costume. He just loves the bag and that's it."
