A fortunate British player has stepped forward to collect their massive £25,701,358 EuroMillions prize from Friday night's draw, according to The National Lottery.
This remarkable win represents the second substantial EuroMillions jackpot secured by a UK participant in just over a week.
The latest multimillion-pound windfall arrives as lottery officials confirm that whilst both recent EuroMillions champions have successfully submitted their claims, two other major prize winners from separate Lotto draws continue to elude identification.
These unclaimed fortunes, stemming from draws on 4 October and 8 October, total more than £12 million combined.

| GETTYAllwyn, which operates The National Lottery, verified the Friday winner's claim over the weekend, adding another British success story to what has become an extraordinary fortnight for UK lottery participants.
The previous week's lottery success occurred on 3 October, when another British ticket holder secured an even larger sum of £26 million.
That winner promptly came forward to claim their prize, establishing what lottery officials describe as an exceptional period for UK participants.
These consecutive EuroMillions victories have created significant excitement amongst players, with both jackpots being claimed swiftly after their respective draws. The combined value of these two wins exceeds £51 million, representing one of the most successful periods for British EuroMillions players in recent memory.

However, the celebration remains incomplete as lottery organisers continue their search for two additional winners who have yet to realise their good fortune from separate Lotto draws earlier this month.
The search continues for two individuals who possess winning Lotto tickets but have yet to make contact with lottery officials. The first missing winner holds a ticket from the 4 October draw worth an extraordinary £10,633,323, whilst the second unclaimed prize from 8 October amounts to £2 million.
These substantial sums remain in limbo as their rightful owners have not come forward to stake their claims. The October 4 ticket was bought at a retail location, adding urgency to the appeal for players to examine their tickets carefully.
Lottery organisers have expressed concern about the unclaimed prizes, particularly given the life-changing amounts involved.
The contrast between the swift claims of the EuroMillions winners and the silence surrounding these Lotto jackpots has prompted renewed calls for ticket holders to verify their numbers.
The October 4 draw produced a winner through the combination of numbers 06, 08, 12, 33, 49, and 59, entitling the ticket holder to £10,633,323. Despite the substantial prize, no claim has been submitted for this retail-purchased ticket.
Four days later, another player achieved millionaire status by matching the winning sequence of 02, 21, 42, 48, 56, and 57 in the October 8 draw. This unclaimed prize stands at £2 million.
Both winning tickets remain valid for claim, though time continues to pass without contact from either fortunate individual.
The total value of these unclaimed prizes exceeds £12.6 million, prompting lottery officials to intensify their appeals for players to check their tickets thoroughly.
Andy Carter, senior winners' advisor at Allwyn, expressed enthusiasm about the recent string of victories: "It's been an amazing couple of weeks with big multi-million pound prizes being won every few nights."
He confirmed that lottery officials would support both EuroMillions winners as they begin enjoying their newfound wealth. "We will look after the two EuroMillions winners and help them start to enjoy their amazing win," Carter stated.
Regarding the missing Lotto winners, Carter remained optimistic: "We hope to meet the Lotto winners soon, once we have a claim. So check those tickets and emails – remember it could be you!"
Beyond the major prizes, Friday's draw also created another millionaire through the Millionaire Maker Selection, with winning code TGXG94724.
