When the man appeared angered by being filmed, the candidate replied that he “doesn’t need permission to film in Harborne.”
The man responded: "If you're out here politicking, you do. You're here for political purposes. It's your job to make sure you're not breaking the law."
Asking the local why he accused him of being a "Nazi", Mr Rasenberg said: "Do you mind me asking, sir? You were calling me a Nazi, why were you calling me a Nazi?"

Calling out the man's actions, Mr Rasenberg stated: "You're calling me a Nazi for talking about Union Jacks, you're holding a bag that's got a Union Jack on it. That's a Nazi flag?"
The man hit back: "It's from Marks and Spencer, and you're very much mistaken. Nazi's put them up on poles."
As Mr Rasenberg assured he "doesn't put flags up on poles", the man jibed: "Oh f**k off, you little c**t."
