Boots has unveiled its autumn/winter 2025 fashion ranges, introducing expanded clothing lines for infants and young children.

The new ranges showcase practical yet "stylish" options, including textured borg gilets, corduroy knitwear, and herringbone-patterned dresses.

These collections, catered to children from newborn to six years old, are sold exclusively through Boots stores and online.

Boots has also broadened its "best-selling" character-themed clothing selection, incorporating designs inspired by legendary musicians including David Bowie, The Rolling Stones, and Nirvana – "a must for tiny music fans".

The Maybe Baby range, designed for infants up to two years, starts at £3.50 and includes a dozen-piece gender-neutral collection for babies aged up to nine months.

Meanwhile, the Maybe Junior line serves children from 18 months to six years, with prices beginning at £5.

Selected physical stores stock the collections alongside the full range available at Boots.com.

Beyond children's fashion, Boots has partnered with television personality Olivia Attwood to tackle a widespread issue affecting British shoppers.

Research conducted by Boots Opticians revealed that almost 60 per cent of UK consumers require assistance when choosing spectacles.

The study found that 46 per cent of adults find it difficult to determine which frame styles or shades suit their features. Additionally, over half express concern about selecting inappropriate eyewear.

This uncertainty persists despite 40 per cent of participants considering specs more significant fashion items than shoes or handbags.

The selection process proves daunting for 52 per cent of shoppers, while 39 per cent admit to lacking confidence in their eyewear decisions.

To help shoppers navigate these challenges, the former Love Islander has curated Olivia's Style Picks, featuring six designer frames spanning both prescription and sun protection options.

Her selection includes contemporary pieces from luxury brands, highlighting metallic wire frames from Gucci as "a huge trend for 2025".

The range encompasses classic black square frames from Saint Laurent and distinctive cat-eye sunglasses from All Saints.

"Glasses are the ultimate fashion statement and often one of the first things people notice," Olivia stated.

For Jake Lawrence-Barber, designer frames buyer at Boots Opticians, specs selection should always consider facial structure, skin undertones, and instinctive preferences.
