Most recently, GB News spoke exclusively to Tonya McKenzie about how she manages to look 35 at 50.
She's a licensed esthetician, so her skin care routine is immaculate, but she also staves off ageing with healthy habits such as eating well and minimising her stress levels.
Ms McKenzie revealed: "I am 50 years old and blessed not to look it. I still get ID'd for alcohol. I have been assumed to be as young as 35."
Crediting her youthful appearance to a carefully curated skin care routine, she said that "understanding proper skin care has been very beneficial".

"I know how to protect my skin and repair any damage that is done," she added.
Offering some sage beauty advice, she told readers to use a cleanser and moisturiser that is "good for their skin type".
"Do you have oily, dry, sensitive or combo skin? Not every product is good for every skin type," she cautioned.
As well as selecting the right cleanser and moisturiser, the 50-year-old stressed the importance of SPF.

Ms McKenzie said: "You have to protect your skin from the sun. Sunscreen is a must. Sunspots can occur on any skin tone. Do not ignore the benefits of sunscreen."
When it comes to maintaining a glowing, vibrant complexion, she has adopted a multifaceted approach.
Beyond products, the skin-savvy quinquagenarian drinks plenty of water to maintain hydration and enjoys a balanced diet.
"What you eat matters," she stressed. "If you get breakouts down your jawline and your chin, that is a direct reflection of your diet. Eat as healthily as possible. Your skin will thank you for it."
In light of this, Ms McKenzie prioritises incorporating fruits, vegetables, and fibre into her diet.
Within the beauty sphere, it's widely understood that what you consume can have a huge effect on your skin, hair, and nails – not just your waistline.
Finally, the 50-year-old manages her stress levels by working out regularly and taking hot baths to "decompress".
Chronic stress is a known culprit behind premature ageing, as it causes inflammation and the shortening of telomeres (protective caps that protect DNA).
