Wahaca has unveiled its brand-new summer menu, bringing bold Mexican-inspired flavours to restaurants right across the UK.
The collection of seasonal dishes and refreshing drinks is now available for diners looking to embrace the warmer weather. Diners will also find the return of a popular potato dish.
It's all about relaxed al fresco dining and sunny catch-ups with friends, according to the restaurant chain.
The menu draws on Mexico's vibrant colours and energetic food culture, offering everything from fresh seafood to plant-packed bowls and fruity cocktails perfect for sipping in the sunshine.

Diners can choose a new, upgraded Sunshine Bowl with Chicken

Seafood lovers are sure to enjoy the Yellowfin Tuna Tostadas at £10.50, featuring sustainably-sourced raw tuna in a soy and lime marinade, topped with avocado, tomato salsa and salsa macha on crispy tortillas.
The Chipotle Glazed Aubergine (£7.75) offers a plant-based option with roasted aubergine, macadamia mole, jalapeño oil and crumbled feta.
Returning favourites include the Crispy Potato Esquites (£7.95) made with Jersey Royals, corn and jalapeño mayo. There's also Hibiscus Glazed Chicken Wings (£9.25) with crispy onions and pickled veg – ideal for sharing.
The much-loved Sunshine Bowls have also had a summer makeover, starting from £13.95. These colourful bowls are absolutely packed with 30 different plants in every serving.
Diners will find avocado, corn and bean salsa, cherry tomatoes, quinoa, rocket and an agave chipotle dressing all working together beautifully.

The popular Crispy Potato Esquites returns to menus

Diners can choose between grilled chicken, 'Halloumi Al Pastor' or garlic sweet potato to top things off, making it easy to find something that suits your taste.
To complement the new dishes, Wahaca has launched a collection of Spritz cocktails bursting with fruity summer flavours.
The Frida Spritz (£10.95) takes inspiration from the colourful artwork of Frida Kahlo, blending white rum with pink grapefruit, Prosecco, lemon and vanilla.
Other options include the Wahaca Spritz with tequila and grapefruit, plus a Jalapeño & Cucumber Spritz for those who fancy a bit of heat. Non-drinkers can enjoy the Three Citrus Spritz at £5.95.
