A beloved British biscuit brand has introduced its latest creation to supermarket shelves across the nation.
McVitie's has expanded its Penguin range with a caramel-flavoured variant that combines smooth chocolate and caramel cream nestled between crisp biscuit wafers.
The new offering launched today at leading retailers throughout the UK. Shoppers can find the treats at Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and SPAR stores.
Each package contains seven individually wrapped bars, maintaining the brand's longstanding tradition of including humorous quips inside the wrappers.

The suggested retail price stands at £2 per pack, positioning it as a perfectly affordable teatime treat for snacky Britons.
The confectionery has been a staple in British households for over nine decades, first appearing in 1932.
Throughout the 1980s, the brand became famous through its catchy slogan: "When you're p-p-p-peckish, p-p-p-pick up a Penguin!”
Marketing Manager for McVitie's Penguin Catherine Morgenroth said: "We're excited to be expanding our iconic McVitie's Penguin range with this brand-new Caramel flavour.

"Chocolate and caramel is a classic combination that we know fans love, and by pairing it with our signature crunchy biscuit, we've created a truly irresistible snack.
"We can't wait to see it become a new favourite in lunchboxes and biscuit tins across the country." The current variations available include mint and orange versions.
The Penguin has also attracted attention after increasing tensions developed between the biscuit's Australian counterpart, the Tim Tam.
First sold in 1964, the antipodean treat soon took off worldwide and has exacerbated competition in the chocolate biscuit market.

McVitie's seems to be undergoing a mammoth transformation, inviting new flavours into its well-known and well-loved branding.
Last week, the British biscuit brand rolled out its first fresh Jamaica Ginger Cake variety in more than 15 years, introducing a Pineapple & Coconut flavour.
This is the first time the cake brand has added a new twist to this classic range since 2009, putting a sunny spin on the traditional recipe that people have enjoyed for over five decades.
It is now available across the country.
