They addressed some of the most searched weight loss questions and one of these was 'how to lose weight without trying', which had 2,100 monthly searches.

The experts said: "To effectively lose weight without strict dieting, having a series of small but impactful lifestyle changes can be key.
"Prioritise mindful eating, improve sleep quality, choose nutrient-rich foods and control portions with smaller plates and soup starters.
"[Also] stay hydrated, have regular physical activity and limit sugary and high-calorie beverages."
While they shared seven ways to slim without a restrictive diet plan, Britons could start small by incorporating just a couple of these into their lives.
Staying hydrated by drinking more water is simple to do but it has been proven to have great weight loss benefits.
Being hydrated can help to suppress the appetite meaning people are less likely to overeat. Some studies have also suggested it can boost the metabolism, which controls how the body burns fat.
A study published in the National Library of Medicine looked at long-term weight changes by drinking more water and found those who replaced sweet drinks with water reduced their weight over a four year period.
Experts at PTPioneer also answered another one of the most searched queries, 'how to lose weight fast'.
They said: "To lose weight effectively, three key steps can be highlighted.

"Eat meals with a good balance of protein, fat, and vegetables and include fibre in your diet, as fibre-rich foods can help you feel satisfied and manage your weight.
"[Also] include physical activity in your routine, like cardio exercises and weight training."
The experts recommended eating a balanced diet full of nutrients such as protein, fibre and plenty of vegetables.
