Ford
The American manufacturer has announced a US-based recall impacting 355,656 vehicles over fears that an issue with the instrument panel could increase the risk of a crash.
In documents filed with the United States National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), it warns that a panel display could fail to show critical information, including warning lights or vehicle speed.
The recall impacts Ford F-150 models from 2025, in addition to the 2025-2026 variants of the F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F,450 SD, and F-550 SD.
To remedy the issue, the instrument panel cluster software will be updated either by a dealer or via an over-the-air update. These repairs will be free of charge.
It is estimated that all of the vehicles from the model years included in the recall have the defect present.
Ford was first notified of a potential issue with the instrument panel cluster, with it first being identified in a 2025 F-150, which makes up the majority of the recalled vehicles.
The Michigan-based automaker confirmed that it was not aware of any reports of injuries or accidents related to the issue.

Almost 79,000 vehicles are being recalled by the American brand Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) in response to an issue found in Jeep Wrangler vehicles (2024-2025).
The recall states that the remote start antenna cable could become pinched, causing the tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light not to illuminate.
Dealers will inspect and replace the cable as necessary to ensure it complies with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems".

General Motors
There are concerns that certain 2023-2026 Chevrolet Corvette vehicles equipped with a left-side radiator/fan combination could be a fire risk.
The NHTSA warns that excess fuel could spill into the vehicle's fuel-filler pocket during refuelling. This could leak on an ignition source and cause a fire.
To remedy the issue in the vehicles, GM dealers will install a shield to divert spilt fuel, free of charge. Owner letters are expected to be mailed out in October for the 23,656 vehicle owners believed to be at risk.

Mercedes-Benz
The US division of the legendary German carmaker has launched a recall for certain 2023-2026 EQE and GLC vehicles.
The issue states that drivers could lose steering control due to an issue with loose bolts that can increase the risk of an accident.
While only 3,749 vehicles are included in the recall, drivers should take their cars to a dealer to have the steering coupling bolts tightened.
