Labour has confirmed that another vehicle is now eligible for the Electric Car Grant, allowing drivers to save £3,750 off the price of a new EV.
The Citroen e-C5 Aircross Long Range has been added to the Electric Car Grant in the upper incentive tier to help more drivers get behind the wheel of an EV.
The Long Range variant of the e-C5 Aircross comes equipped with up to 422 miles of electric range included in its 97 kWh battery pack.
More than 30,000 drivers have already taken advantage of the Electric Car Grant since it was unveiled in the summer.

Motorists now have the selection of more than 40 models from some of the most popular brands in the UK, including Ford, Volkswagen and Nissan.
Keir Mather, Aviation, Maritime and Decarbonisation Minister, praised the addition to the scheme, saying it was helping put £3,750 back in people's pockets.
The Labour MP for Selby continued, saying: "Our Electric Car Grant now offers drivers more choice and bigger savings."
Sales of new electric vehicles continue to grow, with October seeing a 23.6 per cent year-on-year growth in new registrations.

In total, 36,830 new electric cars were sold in October, taking the total market share to more than 25 per cent, while petrol fell to 44.4 per cent.
Greg Taylor, managing director at Citroen UK, highlighted the importance of electrification to the French manufacturer to help more people have the confidence to switch to affordable vehicles.
He added: "e-C5 Aircross Long Range is the first vehicle of its size and type to receive the full grant which is testament to the hard work of the team at Citroen to make cars that are practical for all.
"We welcome the support the UK Government is providing to make the transition to electric attainable, and are proud that Citroën continues to lead the way."
