One of the UK's fastest-growing car brands has debuted its new flagship model, complete with a "Super Hybrid" system and impressive 700 miles of range.
The Jaecoo 8 SHS-P has been introduced for the UK market, with drivers able to get their hands on an executive SUV with six- and seven-seat configurations.
Jaecoo explained that the new flagship model was linked to "prosperity, progress and good fortune" thanks to its "8" name in Chinese culture.
The manufacturer has quickly become a fan-favourite with drivers across the UK, with the Jaecoo 7 becoming a best-seller within months of launching.

The 7 remains the third best-selling vehicle in the UK this year, with more than 5,500 sales this year, as Jaecoo looks to build on its huge growth in the UK in 2025.
Overall, Jaecoo registered more than 28,000 new vehicles, worth a market share of 1.4 per cent, as well as a huge 13,000 per cent year-on-year growth.
The brand hopes the new Jaecoo 8 flagship will continue the positive momentum of the brand as drivers get a glimpse of the executive SUV for the first time.
Prices for the seven-seat SHS-P Luxury will start from £45,000, while the six-seater Executive variant will set drivers back £47,500.

The Jaecoo 8 is capable of accelerating from 0-62mph in just 5.8 seconds, and has CO2 emissions of just 14g/km, putting it on the low end of first year tax rates.
Motorists will be greeted with a combined driving range of more than 700 miles, which could allow for a return journey between London and Milan on a single tank and full charge.
The Chery-owned brand has paired an 83-mile electric range with rapid charging, allowing drivers to charge from 30 to 80 per cent in just 20 minutes.
