The couple have three other children together

Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews have revealed they are expecting their fourth child together, sharing the happy news with fans during a sun-soaked family getaway to St Barts.

The Irish presenter, 40, and her former Made in Chelsea star husband, 37, posted a series of beach photographs on Instagram on Thursday, with Vogue displaying her growing bump in a black-and-white bikini and sarong.

The couple captioned their announcement simply: "BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING..."

One image showed the pair pressing their stomachs together on the white sand, whilst another featured Spencer tenderly cradling his wife's bump as they both beamed at the camera.

Celebrity friends quickly flooded the comments with congratulations, including The Only Way Is Essex's Billie Shepherd, who wrote: "Huge congratulations to you all."

The new arrival will join siblings Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, three, in what is already a bustling household.

Vogue and Spencer tied the knot in 2018 following a whirlwind romance, having been together for just a year before walking down the aisle.

The couple have been open about their love of family life, with Vogue speaking last July about the possibility of expanding their brood.

"If we had one more, it would be great, if we had no more, it would also be great," she said at the time.

"Our kids are so brilliant, they're so funny. They are really hard work sometimes, but our house is chaos and that's the way we love it. We love the noise and them running around having fun."

The pregnancy announcement comes after months of speculation about the state of their marriage, which the couple have repeatedly dismissed as unfounded.

Rumours intensified when Spencer stepped away from their joint podcast, Spencer & Vogue, earlier this year to concentrate on his own project, Untapped, and the pair did not publicly acknowledge their seventh wedding anniversary.

Vogue addressed the gossip head-on in an Instagram post, writing: "It's with great sadness that I have to let you know that Spen and I are NOT breaking up! I usually avoid addressing baseless and cruel rumours, but this just keeps coming up."

She expressed particular concern about the impact on their children, adding: "I don't want my children hearing these lies in the playground."

Speaking to The Sun, she later reflected: "I've hit a point in my life where it only matters what I know and what our truth is."

Spencer has been effusive in his praise for Vogue, crediting her with helping him overcome alcohol dependency in 2017 and become a better person.

Speaking on the Begin Again podcast, he said: "Marrying an amazing woman who I want to be better for, I think, has been very helpful. Genuinely, the person I used to be isn't good enough for my wife."

The former reality star described his wife as "a very special person" who "lights up rooms that she walks into", adding that she possesses an "incredible sense of humour" and is "very beautiful".

He also highlighted her parenting skills, noting: "You only have to spend a few hours with her around her kids to just see what a special mother she is, as well. Completely selfless and very special."
