Eamonn Holmes has revealed an annoyance on crossing the road while GB News guests shared their disgruntlement with a possible new law.

The People's Channel panel was discussing the possibility motorists will be forced to abide by a fresh set of regulations on UK roads after research shone a light on existing issues for pedestrians.

New statistics show spiked interest in allowing pedestrian crossings to have more time for use so disabled and elderly Britons can cross safely.

But the GB News star did not appear to have an issue with the potential for new legislation, and more so with the seemingly subtle quirks of crossing a road.

"I know what they're for. But, you know, when you go to a pedestrian crossing and they have tiles that have these bumps on them," he started.

"Oh, that's so annoying," a guest interjected.

"I know what it's there for," Eamonn continued. "It's obviously people who are visually impaired to let them know that they're they're near a road.

"But I don't find that encouraging. I find that unstabilising."
