Officials have revealed Tommy Lee Jones's daughter's cause of death almost two months after she died.

Victoria Kafka Jones, 34, was found dead in a California hotel on New Year's Day.

Her body was discovered on the 14th floor of the Fairmont hotel in San Francisco during the early hours of January 1.

Now, the city's medical examiner has ruled she died from a cocaine overdose.

Officials confirmed the 34-year-old's death resulted from the "toxic effects of cocaine" - and ruled it accidental.

Emergency services received a 911 call at 2.52am on J anuary 1 reporting a suspected overdose.

A hotel guest initially spotted Jones on the ground, believing she "might be drunk", a source told the Daily Mail at the time.

Paramedics attempted to revive her but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
