The popular TV presenter has admitted to feeling "harassed" by tabloids and other media in recent months

Stacey Solomon has hit back at what she describes as a relentless "pile-on" from the media over the past three months concerning her relationship with Joe Swash.

The television presenter shared an emotional message on social media after being inundated with worried messages from followers asking if she and her partner were okay.

"So many of you have messaged me, so I thought I'm just going to have to come on and say something," she told fans.

Ms Solomon firmly rejected the swirling speculation, branding the stories "nonsense" and stating that much of what has been reported consists of "outright made-up lies" or previously disclosed information being recycled as fresh revelations.

The presenter took the opportunity to set the record straight about her wedding arrangements, reiterating that she and Mr Walsh had always been transparent about their plans.

"I said we were not getting legally married and having a religious blessing and ceremony at home in front of our friends and family – and we'll get legally married at a later point," she explained.

Ms Solomon also tackled speculation sparked by photographs showing her without her wedding band.

She pointed out that those close to her are well aware she stopped wearing her engagement ring years ago, revealing she avoids putting it on regularly because she fears losing it.

The ongoing scrutiny has clearly affected Ms Solomon deeply, with the situation extending far beyond digital gossip.

She revealed that individuals have been approaching her sister's neighbours directly, seeking information about her family life.

"The whole thing is nuts. It feels like harassment, genuinely," she said.

The presenter admitted feeling as though she is experiencing her "let's tear her down era," acknowledging that such treatment is something many public figures endure.

"You almost accept it in this weird way because you know they do it to so many people," she reflected.

Ms Solomon confessed the constant attention has left her feeling deeply uncomfortable and increasingly paranoid, expressing concerns that she may be under surveillance.

Despite the challenging ordeal, Ms Solomon expressed heartfelt appreciation for those who have stood by her throughout this turbulent period.

The Sort Your Life Out host shared some of the supportive messages she had received from fans, telling her followers that their kindness had been invaluable.

She made clear that the encouragement from her audience has meant everything while navigating such a difficult time.

It isn't just her personal life that has landed her in the news of late.

The return of her lifestyle show, Sort Your Life Out, caused controversy with some rather questionable design choices this week.

Ms Solomon, who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2009 and later won I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, has been a familiar face on British television for over 15 years, including her long-running stint as a Loose Women panellist from 2016 to 2024.
