Hearts captain Lawerence Shankland had to be escorted off the pitch after appearing to be punched during Celtic's celebrations.
Fans streamed onto the pitch at Celtic Park after claiming their 56th league title in a dramatic final-day victory against Hearts, winning 3-1.
Shankland, who scored Hearts' only goal, appeared to be hit, with BBC Sportscene pundit Allan Preston suggesting some of those Celtic fans streaming onto the pitch were targeting him.
Hearts players were involved in the pitch invasion, quickly making their way off the pitch.

Two late goals from Daizen Maeda and Callum Osmand sent supporters ballistic, to break the Jambos' Hearts.
Hearts were on course to win their first league title since 1960, but fell short with just 11 minutes to play.
Shankland's goal came from a deep corner, heading home by the Scotsman who was unmarked at the far post.
Arne Engels then answered back, stepping up from the spot, converting past Alexander Schwolow to level things up heading into half-time as the home supporters sang their players down the tunnel with a thrilling 45 ahead.

Maeda and Osmand's late goals were enough to win Celtic their 56th league title.
Speaking during the celebrations, Celtic boss Martin O'Neill said: "This is the most special place on Earth. I think when there is absolute unison in this stadium, it is a sight to behold.
"The players have been magnificent, but we could not have won it without you."
Celtic defender Alistair Johnston told Sky Sports: "It's the greatest league win - it must be of all time. Never count us out.

"We just felt like we were going to find a way. Unbelievable.
"[Martin O'Neill] is a winner. Build him a statue, it's as simple as that. He just finds a way to win."
Callum McGregor lifted the title for Celtic, his 11th as skipper at the club and 25th medal overall.
Reacting to the win, McGregor said: "For the first time ever, I am speechless.

"It is only because of what is inside this building that you can go and make special things happen and that is what we have done.
