Sharon Osbourne was overcome with emotion at the 68th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday evening, breaking down in tears as she joined British rock artist Yungblud on stage.
The 73-year-old widow was invited to accept the Best Rock Performance award alongside the young musician, whose rendition of Changes had triumphed in the category.

The poignant moment came just six months after the death of her husband Ozzy, with the ceremony also set to feature a tribute to the Black Sabbath legend.
Yungblud, born Dominic Richard Harrison, performed the track at the band's farewell concert at Villa Park, Birmingham, in 2025.

Accepting his award, the 28-year-old rocker delivered an expletive-laden speech honouring his musical hero.
"To grow up loving an idol, who helps you figure out your identity, not only as a musician, but also a man, is something I really grateful for," he told the audience.
He continued: "But to then get to know them and honour them at their final show and receive this is something I am struggling to comprehend, we f*****g love you Ozzy."
As Ms Osbourne watched tearfully, Yungblud recalled their final meeting.

"The last time I saw Ozzy Osbourne, he asked me if there was anything he could do for me, and that the 'music was enough'," he said.
He concluded: "God bless Ozzy Osbourne and god bless f*****g rock music!"
The Black Sabbath frontman passed away at his Buckinghamshire residence on July 22, 2025, succumbing to heart failure at the age of 76.
His death marked the end of an era for heavy metal, with the legendary vocalist leaving behind an extraordinary musical legacy.

The Grammy-winning performance of Changes took place at what would become Mr Osbourne's final concert appearance.
Yungblud has previously spoken about the significance of that moment, stating: "I can never be more thankful to Sharon and Ozzy for giving me that moment to show the world what I can do."
Earlier in the evening, the television personality had made a striking entrance on the red carpet, where Yungblud wrapped a supportive arm around her.
Ms Osbourne looked fabulous in a floor-length black gown featuring a dramatic crystal-embellished neckline.

The young rocker, who was accompanied by girlfriend Jesse Jo Stark, embraced his rock star image in a shirtless look beneath a leopard-trimmed leather jacket paired with leather trousers.
Ms Osbourne's public appearance at the Grammys comes just days after she teased she'd soon be returning to Birmingham for a potential stint in politics.
