Patrick Christys blasts 'overindulged nepo baby' Brooklyn Beckham after explosive rant

Brooklyn's Instagram statement, posted earlier today, contained a series of striking accusations against his parents.

He claimed Victoria had agreed to design wife Nicola Peltz's wedding gown but pulled out at the last moment, forcing the bride to scramble for an alternative dress.

"My mum cancelled making Nicola's dress in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress," Brooklyn wrote.

He also alleged his parents had attempted to undermine his marriage from the very beginning.

"My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn't stopped," he stated.

Speaking on GB News, entertainment reporter India McTaggart said: "We knew there was drama over the wedding dress, which had been briefed to us pretty much since.

"I mean, over the last year, that was where everyone said it started, over a fight about the wedding dress.

"And we actually thought it was Nicola refusing to wear Victoria Beckham’s brand as her wedding dress. This completely turns that on its head, which is why it’s difficult to know where to land, because you’ve got completely opposite accounts coming in.

"We don’t know if the Beckhams are going to respond to this on the record. I doubt it, because it’s so scathing. But then again, maybe they feel they have to."

Patrick said: "One of the other things here, I don’t know what your take on this was, but some of the wording for me indicated not just blowing up Brand Beckham, but implying that some relationships were inauthentic.

"The implication I took was potentially that David and Victoria aren’t as happy as they claim to be. I wondered if that was a bit of a veiled threat. He said, “The truth always comes out.”

"Obviously, we have to be very careful, I don’t want to accuse anyone of anything, but I wondered if he was saying, “I’m keeping something in the chamber here,” that could be pretty devastating.

"Interestingly, I know what you’re saying. It did seem like a suggestion that the whole family image was a façade.

"I don’t think it seemed like a threat that he was going to reveal more information, because the last slide of the Instagram posts was very much saying, “I’ve found my happiness, I’m with my wife, I wake up happy, and I want privacy.”

"So I don’t know if he’d then go into specific allegations, but it may depend on how his parents respond. This is such an ever-moving story that if they respond, he may feel the need to correct the record again.

"It’s pretty extraordinary. A year ago, sources close to him and Nicola briefed that he was 'breaking generational trauma' that was the phrasing used.

Patrick said: "So when I was reading the allegations about growing up with immense anxiety, not being made to feel good by his parents, and feeling like he was in service to a larger brand, it was interesting.

"From an outsider’s perspective, there is huge privilege.

"I understand there are downsides to being part of the most famous family in the world don’t get me wrong. But they’ve tried to give him every opportunity.

"They indulged his photography career and if you can’t tell, if you or I had gone on holiday and taken that picture, I don’t think a publisher would have touched it.

"But because his surname is Beckham, they were all over it.

"Is he still a chef? I don’t know. I think he once tried to teach me how to make a bacon sandwich. There’s all this stuff, isn’t there? So I do wonder if he’s been over-indulged."
