Mollie King has described her recent health ordeal as "quite a tough time" following her sudden collapse at home, which left her requiring hospital treatment.
The BBC Radio 1 presenter, 39, shared a candid update with fans on Thursday, revealing the psychological toll the incident has taken on her.
"When something happens out of the blue and my body suddenly doesn't do what I expect it to, it's very easy for my mind to go into overdrive, trying to find answers and overthinking every little thing," she wrote on Instagram.
The former Saturdays singer called the experience a "real wake-up call," acknowledging she is not yet back to full strength and must resist the urge to rush her recovery.

The presenter acknowledged that failing to make time to stop means "something has to give."
She is now implementing small changes to her routine, including getting to bed earlier than her usual 11.30pm, putting her phone aside, and allowing herself to properly unwind.
"I'm trying to embrace a slightly different pace where I can.
"A bit of fresh air and focusing on getting my energy back. And honestly, that feels pretty good," she shared.
Ms King expressed profound gratitude that her fiancé, former England cricketer Stuart Broad, was present when she collapsed and was able to revive her.
"I keep thinking how grateful I am that I wasn't on my own and had Stuart to bring me round after I fell," she wrote.
