The reality star is expanding her family after struggling to conceive with her first child

Former Made In Chelsea star, Lucy Watson, has revealed she is expecting her second baby with husband James Dunmore.

The reality television personality, 35, shared the happy announcement on Instagram on Thursday through a professional photoshoot displaying her growing bump.

"Our family is growing, nothing prepares you for seeing that word, thank you to @clearblue for give us that moment of clarity," she captioned the post.

The couple are already mum and dad to son Willoughby, who turned two last month.

In one of the images, the toddler could be spotted wearing a jumper emblazoned with the words "big brother", whilst another photograph showed the expectant parents gazing lovingly at a scan picture together.

Ms Watson's sister and fellow Made In Chelsea cast member Tiffany was among the first to offer her congratulations beneath the post.

"Yay so excited for another bubba in the family," she wrote.

Love Island star Montana Brown also expressed her delight, commenting: "So excited for you beautiful family."

Georgia Toffolo, who previously appeared alongside Ms Watson on the E4 reality series, simply added: "Congratulations!!! Xxx"

The pregnancy reveal sparked some discussion among followers, with certain fans expressing surprise that the 35-year-old had chosen to announce such personal news through a brand partnership.

One commenter noted they had not anticipated the announcement would be tied to an advertisement, while another suggested it felt inappropriate to share such a significant life moment as part of a paid promotion.

Ms Watson and Mr Dunmore first crossed paths on Made In Chelsea back in 2015, with their romance blossoming on screen before the cameras.

After five years together, Mr Dunmore got down on one knee in Greece in 2020, and the pair subsequently exchanged vows in September 2021 during a lavish ceremony in the picturesque island of Kefalonia.

Their son Willoughby arrived in March 2024, with Ms Watson announcing his birth on Instagram through a tender black-and-white photograph showing her cradling the newborn while Dunmore kissed her forehead.

Ms Watson became a fixture on the E4 reality programme after joining in 2012, remaining a central cast member for four years before departing in 2016. During her stint on the show, she was romantically linked to both Spencer Matthews and Jamie Laing.

Ms Watson has previously spoken candidly about the difficulties she faced when trying to conceive her first child.

During an appearance on the Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast with host Giovanna Fletcher, she revealed the journey took far longer than anticipated.

"I found out that, on average, it takes a couple a year to get pregnant. And there was me thinking, 'Two or three months, it will happen.' When you're trying, every month feels like a year," she admitted.

The reality star described the fertility testing process as invasive and unpleasant, recalling that each appointment seemed to bring negative news.

She characterised the experience as anxiety-inducing, filled with tears and moments of self-pity.

Ms Watson announced her first pregnancy in September 2023 whilst holidaying in Mykonos, describing Willoughby as their "little miracle" following a three-year struggle to conceive.
