An emotional Kelly Osbourne struggled to hold back tears whilst collecting a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award for her father at The Birmingham Awards recently.
The 40-year-old television personality accepted the honour at The Eastside Rooms, delivering a heartfelt speech about the late rock icon who died in July at 76.
During her address on Friday evening, Ms Osbourne emphasised how this Birmingham recognition surpassed all other accolades her father had received throughout his illustrious career.
She revealed that the Black Sabbath frontman valued his star on Birmingham's Broad Street Walk of Stars more highly than his Hollywood Walk of Fame honour.

Ms Osbourne disclosed that the legendary musician made a final journey to Birmingham during his last weeks, specifically to bid farewell to the place he cherished most.
"Birmingham was always his heart and soul," she told the audience, explaining that whilst work commitments kept him in America, his connection to the city never wavered.
The significance of Birmingham to the rock legend was evident when crowds brought the city centre to a standstill during his July visit, with Ms Osbourne expressing how deeply the family was touched by the public's affection.
She emphasised that amongst thousands of performances spanning five decades, the most meaningful concert for her father took place in Aston.
Despite facing significant health difficulties in recent years, the musician was adamant that his farewell performance must take place in Birmingham.
The rock icon passed away from heart failure on July 22 at his Buckinghamshire home, merely a fortnight after delivering his final performance alongside Black Sabbath at Birmingham's Villa Park.
"He was a proud Brummy in the beginning of his career and he was a proud Brummy at the end," his daughter stated during her acceptance speech.

She concluded her address by thanking Birmingham on behalf of her family, expressing confidence that her father was "looking down on us tonight smiling with pride."
The musician had endured numerous health challenges over six years whilst battling Parkinson's disease, with a 2019 fall at the family residence causing his condition to worsen significantly.
Ms Osbourne posted on Instagram the following day, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to collect the award and stating that the Birmingham honour would have held immense significance for her father.
"Being a Brummy meant more to him than anything," she wrote, acknowledging the overwhelming support from Birmingham residents.

The family recently attended the unveiling of a commemorative artwork at Sunnyfields Farm in Totton, Hampshire, where Sharon, Jack and Kelly viewed an enormous tribute constructed from more than 10,000 pumpkins.
