After first being diagnosed with cancer in 2020, Jonnie Irwin went public with his diagnosis in late 2022 after it had spread from his lung to his brain.
Ever since, Irwin has been branded an "inspiration" for his candid approach to living with cancer as well as taking on the daunting task of renovating his Newcastle home.
He's also spending more time with his wife Jess and their three young children, Rafa, Rex, and Cormac as Irwin steps back from presenting duties on the BBC's Escape to the Country and Channel 4's A Place in the Sun.
However, his jam-packed schedule while living with the terminal illness appears to have taken its toll this past week.
In a social media post on Sunday, Irwin shared a snap with one of his young boys as they enjoyed a family day out.
He also included a clip of his boys enjoying a monster truck show as well as a sweet snap alongside his wife Jess at a christening party.

Irwin candidly wrote alongside the series of snaps: "Been pretty unwell this past week but felt better this morning so headed off to watch some Monster trucks.
"Kids loved it, got soaked in the rain, quick change when we got home to go again at a Christening party.
"Full on Sunday," Irwin signed off as he acknowledged the busy schedule he was taking on.
And it didn't take long for fans to share their responses to Irwin's latest health update, with some even pleading with him to not "wear yourself out".
Praising Irwin for his resilience, one fan penned: "You should be proud of yourself everything you are going through and you still put your family first. Total respect."
While a second concerned fan added: "Love this photo Jonnie, your looking amazing. Keep doing whatever you doing , don’t wear yourself out x."
Meanwhile, a third praised his relationship with his wife Jess: "You are a great couple, always putting your kids before yourselves!!!
"Sorry you have had such a bad week Jonnie!!! I hope you get some rest tomorrow!!!"
