Actress Jane Seymour has revealed the Mediterranean diet secrets that have kept her a size 4 since her teenage years.
The 74-year-old former Bond Girl shared her nutrition tips at a SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations event in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The British actress, who stands at 5ft4in, looked remarkably youthful at the career retrospective event held at The Meryl Streep Center for Performing Artists, where she wore a pale blue cotton summer dress that showcased her toned arms.
Seymour told The Daily Mail that she favours Mediterranean cuisine for its health benefits and flavour and said: "I love the Mediterranean way of eating, it works so well and it tastes good, it includes a lot of delicious food like tomatoes."
The "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman" star emphasised that her diet consists primarily of fish and vegetables, many of which she grows herself.
"I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my backyard which I love to use," the actress explained.
Rather than following a traditional three-meal pattern, Seymour revealed she follows a specific eating schedule with one main meal daily.

"I start the day with coffee and hard-boiled eggs for protein, and it isn't until later, around lunch time, that I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it," she said.
For snacks, the actress opts for healthier alternatives to sweets. "I do love nuts," she said.
"I am a savory person, I like the salt." She also enjoys pistachios, vegetables and hummus.
Seymour rejects the concept of restrictive dieting, preferring to think of her eating habits as making good choices.
"People ask me if I have a cheat day with my diet and I respond that I am never on a diet," she explained.
"If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat."

Instead, the actress focuses on finding nutritious foods she genuinely enjoys.
"But if you find healthy foods you really love, that make you feel good, you never feel shorted," she added.
Seymour complements her healthy eating habits with regular exercise to maintain her youthful appearance.
"Being healthy just feels good, it keeps me going, it gives me energy," the England native said.
She stays active by "lifting light weights and doing Pilates" and emphasises the importance of movement: "You have to keep moving!"
Fans have noticed her age-defying appearance, with some commenting on social media that she "does not age" and is "drinking from the fountain of youth!"

The actress has been busy with various projects beyond maintaining her health regimen. Earlier this year, Seymour made an appearance at New York Fashion Week, where she walked the runway for the Nardos show in February.
