Gemma Collins shed an impressive 1st 4lb during her time on I'm A Celebrity All Stars, the reality television personality has disclosed.
The 45-year-old dropped the weight whilst subsisting on the programme's notoriously basic rations of rice and beans at the South African camp.
"When they weighed me I'd lost 1st 4lb," she told OK! magazine following filming, which took place in September 2025.
The The Only Way is Essex (Towie) favourite had been using Mounjaro weight loss injections in preparation for her jungle return but was compelled to discontinue them after suffering a gallbladder attack.

Ms Collins expressed surprise at the extent of her transformation during the All Stars series, which has only recently begun airing despite being recorded months ago.
Her appearance marks a dramatic return to the show 13 years after her notorious departure from the original series in 2014.
During that first attempt, Ms Collins famously walked out on day three, breaking down in tears after convincing herself she had contracted malaria and struggling with the limited food provisions.
The moment has haunted her ever since, she has admitted, describing it as a shadow that has hung over her career.

This time, however, the reality star arrived with an entirely different attitude.
"There is no way I am going to be leaving after 72 hours. I am in it to win it. I am going through to the end," she declared before entering camp.
Ms Collins added: "Last time, there were no highlights for me. But I wasn't the strong, assertive woman I am today and I've got a totally different mindset."
Viewers have responded enthusiastically to Ms Collins's I'm A Celeb comeback, with many declaring her "redemption era" has officially commenced.

On Tuesday evening's episode, she entered alongside Red Dwarf actor Craig Charles, with the pair immediately facing the programme's dreaded eating challenge.
The duo competed to consume revolting dishes including Fish Eye Pie, Terror-rine, Brain Freeze and Bloody Moory Shots in a bid to secure points for their respective teams.
Ms Collins also conquered her fear of helicopters upon arrival, having previously broken down during the same experience in 2014.
Social media users were quick to praise her efforts, with one writing: "20 minutes into her stint and Gemma has already overcome her helicopter fear and bossed an eating trial."

Another fan posted: "Gemma actually doing great at this trial!! GAGGED! Her redemption era begins."
Beyond the physical transformation, Ms Collins revealed the jungle experience provided profound mental benefits.
She described her time away from technology as the "best digital detox" and called the experience "very spiritual and healing being with nature."
Since returning home, the television star has implemented new habits to maintain that sense of balance, explaining that her phone now "stays in the kitchen overnight" to avoid the temptation of reaching for it first thing in the morning.
Ms Collins reflected warmly on the connections formed during filming: "One of the best things that came out in the jungle was actually having a genuine conversation."
She added to OK!: "We laughed and we cried. But we genuinely became human again, and not distracted by our phones."
