Ryanair has unveiled plans to launch three brand new routes from Liverpool John Lennon Airport, connecting the Northwest to Marrakesh, Tirana, and Warsaw from Summer 2026.
The budget carrier made the announcement this month, revealing it will station a sixth aircraft at the airport as part of a $600million (£450million) investment in the region.
It's a major boost for travellers in Liverpool and the wider Northwest, with the airline promising 250,000 extra seats - that's a 15 per cent jump on current capacity.
The move will see Ryanair operate 34 routes from Liverpool in total, while also supporting more than 2,000 local jobs in the area.

Beyond the new routes, Ryanair is also ramping up how often it flies to 11 popular spots already on the Liverpool schedule.
Sun-lovers heading to Alicante, Barcelona, Faro, Ibiza, and Malaga will find more flights available, along with city break favourites like Kraków, Kaunas, Malta, Porto, Reus, and Sofia.
