Moving abroad is an enticing prospect for many, and for Britons looking to relocate, Spain remains the top choice.
Known for its year-round sun, affordability, delicious cuisine, idyllic beaches, and laid-back lifestyle - not to mention thriving expat community - it's not surprising that so many make the move.
A British mum who lives in the expat haven spoke on TikTok about her "biggest regret" concerning the move.
Rather than share something negative about the European hotspot, the expat, who goes by @chaplinfamilylifeinspain, revealed that her "only" regret is "not doing it sooner".
'My only regret is not moving to Spain sooner'

"Every single day that I was stressing and worrying about the small stuff meant that our move to Spain was delayed by another day."
She advised fellow Britons hoping to come to Spain to just "get on with it" by making small and steady steps towards their goal.
For a quicker move, she urged expat hopefuls to make it a "priority" and put a little bit of work towards it "every single day".
In another video, @chaplinfamilylifeinspain weighed in on whether or not moving to Spain will "fix your life".
While she loves living in the expat haven, the Briton admitted that her move wasn't a "magic" fix.
It didn't get rid of any of her problems, but it did allow her space to "breathe". In the UK, she felt like she was "going through the motions" and "surviving" as opposed to living.
Now, things are different, and the expat has more time and energy to actually enjoy her life.
"I've got more space, mentally, emotionally and physically," she told her followers. "I see my kids smile more, and I see them more. I've got more time - actual time - to just be, and not be 'doing' all the time."
GB News is speaking to expats across Europe and beyond about the best places to live, tips and tricks for moving abroad, and the potential pitfalls to avoid.
