Going for a walk is a great way to explore a new area, and there is an abundance of different routes across the country.
Experts have named their top 10, with lesser-known paths in Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales all making the cut.
The new study, by photo printing company CEWE, put beauty at the forefront when compiling the list, which was based on desk research and Google review data.
Locations across the country were analysed for star rating, number of reviews and descriptive terms such as "beautiful", "stunning", "amazing" and "lovely", with National Trust spot Mount Stewart in Northern Ireland coming in first place.

With a star rating of 4.7, the spot boasts 22,200 Instagram hashtags and 3,221 reviews, including 259 that mentioned the word "beautiful".

The experts said there is plenty to keep holidaymakers occupied when walking around Mount Stewart. They wrote: "The grounds feature a grand mansion with a notable collection of paintings, beautifully landscaped gardens, and 10 miles of walking trails that wind through farmland and woodland."
Powis Castle and Garden in Wales and Scotland’s Dunnottar Castle shared the number two spot, with 254 beautiful reviews. Powis Castle "boasts impressive views across the Severn Valley", and the Scottish spot is just as stunning.
The experts said: "Dunnottar Castle in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire is one of Scotland’s national treasures and played a crucial role in the country’s history for 1,000 years.
"Offering clifftop views, the space has hosted historical figures including Mary Queen of Scots. It has a 4.8-star rating, 68,400 Instagram hashtags, 2,593 TikTok views and 11,721 reviews."

Lizard Point in Cornwall was the highest-ranking walk in England, and placed 6th in the list overall, with 25,800 hashtags and 10,304 reviews.
Managing director of CEWE UK Petra Felgen added: "We wanted to uncover the UK’s most beautiful walks not just for their scenery, but for the memories they help create.
“Whether it's capturing a view from a clifftop or a quiet forest trail, these are the kinds of moments that people love to revisit through photography.”
