You can get a free Ring video doorbell for free this Christmas.
This comes from a group of five youngsters from Denny in Scotland who have sparked a nationwide festive movement after their impromptu doorstep carol performance went viral and captured the hearts of viewers across Britain. The footage, recorded on a neighbour's Ring Video Doorbell, has now been watched close to two million times online.
The clip shows the boys delivering a spontaneous Christmas song that struck a chord with audiences longing for genuine community connection during the holiday season.
Off the back of this viral sensation, Ring has partnered with the Denny Five to launch #RingAndSing, an initiative designed to breathe new life into the time-honoured tradition of Christmas carolling across the UK and Ireland.

Dave Ward, Ring's UK & International Managing Director, said: "When we saw the boys' video and read the enormous amount of comments celebrating their performance, we knew we had to do something special. In a world where we're increasingly disconnected from our neighbours, these five lads reminded us of the simple joy that comes from showing up at someone's door and sharing a song."
If you're unfamiliar with the brand, Ring was originally founded in Santa Monica, California, in 2013 and later acquired by Amazon in 2018. It's best known for creating its popular video doorbells and security cameras to prevent crime.

| RING PRESS OFFICEThere's a charitable element too. For each video submitted, Ring will donate £10 to Strathcarron Hospice, a charity local to the Denny community.
Mags McCarthy, CEO of Strathcarron Hospice, said, "This incredible collaboration with Ring this Christmas - featuring our wonderful local Denny Boys — will not only spread festive cheer, but give everyone taking part the heart-warming knowledge that they're helping provide vital palliative and end-of-life care for patients and their families, for whom this could be their last Christmas together. What a special gift indeed."
The campaign comes as research commissioned by Ring reveals that 96% of people have noticed carol singing becoming less common in their local area. On average, you probably haven't had carolers appear at your doorstep for around four years.
When asked why this tradition has faded, 44% of respondents pointed to reduced community engagement as the main factor.
