The site-wide sale kickstarted on Wednesday last week, with savings across almost every department, including household essentials, kitchenware, smart home gadgets, consoles, sports equipment, baby products, clothing, smartphones, and much more.
Spring Deal Days ends at 11.59pm tonight (Monday March 25), although some of the most popular promotions could end sooner depending on stock levels. Amazon sets a strict time-limit on its so-called WOW! Deals too.
Unlike the Prime Day sale on Amazon, which is only open to those who subscribe to its membership scheme, the Spring Deal Days event is open to everyone. However, some discounted items will be reserved for Prime members. Dubbed WOW! Deals, these limited-time offers will only be available to those with an active Prime membershipor those who have signed up for a 30-day free trial.
With hundreds of thousands of price cuts across its digital shelves, knowing where to begin with a sale of this size can be tough. It's also worth reiterating that not every discount in the Spring Deal Days sale is worth your time. Amazon extended its Spring Deal Days sale from 48 hours to five days, starting 00.01am on Wednesday March 20 and finishing 11.59pm on Monday March 25.
Amazon says the vast majority of its Spring Deal Days promotions should last for the entirety of the sale.
However, we have seen items sell out due to high demand in previous sales events, like Black Friday and Prime Day, so you might not want to wait until the absolute last minute to buy something that you want.
No, unlike its Prime Day sale, Amazon has opened its Spring Deal Days sale to everyone. You'll need a basic Amazon account to checkout and arrange delivery, but there's no need for a paid membership.
Prime members will be granted exclusive access to a rotating crop of limited-time deals, known as WOW! Deals, during the Spring Deal Days sale. Amazon says these offers will focus on “top brands, with new deals across categories dropping every day.”
For those who don't know, Amazon Prime is a monthly or annual membership that unlocks next-day delivery on thousands of items from Amazon at no extra cost. It also bundles Prime Video, Prime Music, unlimited cloud back-up for your photos via Amazon Photos, Kindle books to read at no cost, a premium tier subscription to Deliveroo, and a number of other perks.
