Nick Kyrgios has taken to social media to share a cryptic message following Jannik Sinner's Wimbledon triumph on Sunday.
The world No 1 defeated Carlos Alcaraz 4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 to secure his first title at the All England Club following a sublime performance on Centre Court.
Sinner's victory comes after he'd received a doping ban earlier in the year. The tennis star was suspended for three months after striking an agreement with the World Anti-Doping Agency.
The Italian always denied any wrongdoing but was banned nonetheless after he'd tested positive for Clostebol on 10 March 2024 during the Indian Wells tournament.

Sinner failed a second test eight days later.
The tennis star claimed his fitness trainer had purchased an over-the-counter spray in Italy containing the banned substance. According to his defence, the trainer gave this spray to Sinner's physiotherapist to treat a cut on their finger.
The physiotherapist then allegedly transferred the substance to Sinner whilst providing daily treatment without wearing gloves.
Sinner maintained he had no knowledge of the situation.

Kyrgios has, however, never really let the incident slide.
And the Australian has taken to X to tweet out a single asterisk, seemingly suggesting that Sinner's triumph is tarnished.
Meanwhile, speaking after his victory, Sinner paid tribute to his team and hailed Alcaraz for putting up a strong fight.
"I'd like to start with Carlos. Again, an amazing tournament from you but thank you for the player you are. It's so difficult to play against you," he stated.

"It's so special for me. Seeing my parents, brother, my whole team here, it's amazing.
"Emotionally, I had a very tough loss in Paris, but at the end of the day it doesn't matter how you win or lose.
"You have to understand what you did wrong, accept the loss and keep working.

Sinner will now set his sights on winning the US Open for a second year in a row this September.
Should he do that, he'll rise to five Grand Slam titles at the age of 23 - a feat that would also draw him level with Alcaraz.
