The BBC chose not to broadcast Emma Raducanu and Katie Boulter's doubles match at Queen's Club on Monday afternoon, despite the historic significance of the occasion.
The all-British pairing competed in what marked the first women's event at the prestigious west London venue in over 50 years.
Their opening-round clash was notably absent from both BBC Two and the red button service.
Instead, the broadcaster opted to show only singles matches from the main court.

|BBC viewers were shocked to see that Emma Raducanu was not on TV
The decision left British tennis enthusiasts unable to watch the home favourites' straight-sets victory through terrestrial television coverage.
Tennis fans took to social media to express their frustration at the broadcasting decision.
One fan wrote on X: "Errrrr you've got two Brits linking up in the doubles - don't you think that might have been of an interest to the British viewers?"
Another user posted: "You have the British women 1 and 2 playing together in doubles and you're not showing it? Make it make sense!! So frustrating!!!!!!"
And this fan added: "Absolutely ridiculous you're not showing Boulter/Raducanu in Doubles."
The pair, dubbed 'Boultercanu' by supporters online, attracted significant interest from British tennis fans eager to watch the historic match.
Raducanu and Boulter secured a convincing 6-4, 6-2 victory over Fang-Hsein Wu and Xinyu Jiang.
Despite the match taking place on Court 1, viewers were unable to access coverage through any BBC platform.

During Monday's broadcast, presenter Isa Guha addressed the situation, stating: "Unfortunately, we won't be able to show you this match because we're focused on Andy Murray Arena, but we will be bringing you updates throughout the course of the afternoon."
The BBC's decision to prioritise singles matches from the main court meant British audiences missed witnessing the successful debut of their nation's top two female players competing together.
The Queen's Club tournament has been awarded WTA 500 status, marking a significant moment for women's tennis at the venue.
Both British stars are scheduled to compete in the singles draw later this week.
