The 1,835-acre Laverstoke Park Estate near Overton includes a Grade II listed Palladian mansion, 17 houses and cottages, and boasts exceptional amenities including an indoor swimming pool, tennis and squash courts.
The property features 1.5 miles of double bank fishing rights on the renowned River Test.
The South African racing legend, who claimed the 1979 Drivers' Championship with Ferrari, has owned the estate since 1996.

The estate centres around Laverstoke House, an impressive 48,663 square foot residence dating from 1798 with 11 bedrooms and bathrooms, plus four flats.
The property portfolio includes 17 lodges, cottages and farmhouses spread across the grounds.
Approximately 1,279 acres comprise organically certified farmland, complemented by strategically planted mature woodland and a spectacular shoot.
The estate's cultural significance includes connections to Jane Austen, who was a frequent visitor due to family ties.

The land designated for the annual CarFest event will remain separate from the sale.
Scheckter acquired the initial 530-acre property in 1996 following his successful weapons simulation business venture in America, which generated over £100 million in revenue by the 1990s.

He subsequently expanded the estate by purchasing surrounding farms and establishing an organic farming operation.
The farm pioneered large-scale water buffalo farming in the UK, producing mozzarella cheese from 2009.
Products included ice cream and sparkling wine, with customers such as Waitrose, Ocado and Gourmet Burger Kitchen.

However, the operation shut down buffalo farming and dairy manufacturing at the start of 2024.
The company website cited "unprecedented levels of cost increases including our energy costs that more than doubled earlier last year" as the reason for closure.
Savills and Knight Frank are jointly handling the sale, offering the estate as a whole or in three separate lots.
The main house, park and Home Farm are priced at £35 million, with Turrill Hill Farm at £15 million and Berrydown Farm at £8 million.
Crispin Holborow, joint Head of Savills Private Office, who was involved in the original sale to the Scheckters, described it as "one of the most important estates in the south of England".
Will Matthews, Head of Farms and Estates at Knight Frank, said: "It ticks all of the boxes. From the stunning main house, to indoor pool and tennis court, garaging and even an African hut, to the River Test and the wider estate it really does have it all!"
