Travis Kelce struck a spectator on the back of the neck with an errant golf shot during Saturday's chaotic second round of the American Century Championship at Lake Tahoe.
The Kansas City Chiefs star was playing alongside his brother Jason and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course.
The incident occurred after a day of drinking, with the trio shotgunning beers throughout their round.
The NFL brothers, who were accompanied by SWAT officers for security, repeatedly fired wayward shots into the crowds of spectators lining the fairways during what descended into a party atmosphere on the course.

The injured fan managed to laugh off the incident after Kelce stopped to check on him.
When the tight end asked if he was okay, the fan replied, "I think so." Kelce then signed an autograph and posed for a photo as compensation.

The strike wasn't the first time either Kelce brother had come dangerously close to hitting spectators.
Earlier in the round, Travis had asked fans near the cart path on the 15th hole, "You guys signed a waiver right?"
On the 16th, his tee shot went far left of the fairway, and when told he'd hit someone, he responded, "Oh s*** I did?"
Jason Kelce's play was equally erratic. On the 15th hole, the Philadelphia Eagles legend hooked his second shot into the crowd, then swung his recovery attempt back into spectators.
Three holes later, his ball came to rest behind a police car after another wayward shot.
The trio's antics extended beyond poor golf. They shotgunned beers, received ice cream deliveries, and even practised American football snaps on the course.
Mayfield engaged in a beer-chugging contest with a fan, whilst the group launched footballs into boats parked along the par-three 17th hole.
When Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" played across the 17th, Travis danced on the tee box.

The brothers' chaotic play stemmed from a pre-tournament wager. Jason revealed to Access Hollywood before Friday's opening round: "Travis and I always have the side bets going for sure. I think right now, the bet today we talked about last night is every three putt, you got a shotgun a beer."
Despite his competitive NFL career, Jason explained his relaxed approach to the celebrity tournament.
"We're all here for the vibes," he said. "That's what it's all about. Everybody's here to just have a good time. There's a handful of guys that actually expect to win this thing, but we all know who they are."
