Golf fans were left unimpressed with Joaquin Niemann's cheeky dig at the Official World Golf Ranking system following his second win over the 2024 LIV Tour season.
Niemann has been a man on a mission over the past few months in his attempts to qualify for the major tournaments.
With LIV Golf still not recognised by the OWGR system, Niemann has dropped outside of the world's top 50 and was relying on an invite for the Masters.
He helped his cause by winning the Australian Open at the turn of the year, which earned him a spot at The Open this summer at Royal Troon.

Niemann followed that up with a tied-fourth finish at the Dubai Desert Classic before the new LIV season got underway.
And the Chilean golfer carried that form into the LIV opening event in Mayakoba, where he carded a round of 59 on his way to victory.
Shortly after that result, Niemann was rewarded with an invite from Augusta National to play in this year's Masters tournament.
He isn't resting on his laurels either as Niemann romped to his second victory over the season at the Royal Greens Golf Club in Saudi Arabia.
Niemann gave a tongue-in-cheek response after his victory when he was asked whether he considers himself as a favourite to win a major this year.
He replied: "How is that possible? I'm like 100 in the world."
Niemann smiled immediately after giving his answer, but it didn't go down well with some viewers.
It's not the first time Niemann has taken a shot at the OWGR for ignoring his performances on LIV, which is competed over 54 holes compared to the more traditional 72-hole tournament.
One fan fumed: "He's become so petty."

Another moaned: "Grow up punk."
A third posted: "He knew the consequences when he chose money over majors. Quit crying."
One other person noted: "Well, unfortunately you won’t improve your world ranking if you don’t play golf. Your Saudi league is carnival golf."

Another said: "Genuinely never wanted someone to miss the cut as much as him."
There's little over a month now until the first major of the season with two more LIV Golf events before then.
