Sky Daily, the wife of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, has spoken out following his unexpected death, expressing her devastation in an emotional Instagram post just one day after the tragedy.
Hogan, a WWE legend, passed away Thursday at the age of 71 after going into cardiac arrest at his Clearwater, Florida home.
“I wasn’t ready for this... and my heart is in pieces,” Sky wrote.
“He had been dealing with some health issues, but I truly believed we would overcome them. I had so much faith in his strength. I thought we still had more time.”

She also shared a touching photo of herself kissing Hogan on the cheek.
“This loss is sudden and impossible to process,” she continued.
“To the world, he was a legend... but to me, he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart.”

"Hulk loved his fans so much and despite his growing physical discomfort, he did everything he could to show up, sign autographs, take photos, and connect with the people who supported him through it all. You meant everything to him.
"He was a believer in Christ, and I take comfort knowing his soul is at peace and he’s been welcomed home.
"Please keep his family and all of us who loved him in your prayers as we try to navigate this new reality."

Sky was Hogan’s third wife. They married in 2023 following his previous marriages to Linda Hogan (1983–2009) and Jennifer McDaniel (2010–2021).
Hogan is survived by his two children, Brooke (36) and Nick (34), from his first marriage to Linda, as well as two grandchildren.
His sudden passing comes just weeks after Sky publicly denied rumors that Hogan was in a coma or near death, insisting his heart was “strong” following a routine neck surgery.

Linda also shared a poignant message shortly before his death. In her final Instagram post, she uploaded a nostalgic photo of the two from the 1980s with the caption: “The good old days!”
