Liverpool have set out their top target to replace Mohamed Salah after the Egyptian said goodbye to the Reds over the weekend.
It is understood the Merseyside club is targeting highly-rated RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande.
The 19-year-old recorded 13 goals and 10 assists for his club in all competitions this season, with a release clause of about €100million (£86m).
The Reds have a history of doing deals with the German-based side, taking Dominik Szoboszlai, Ibrahima Konate and Naby Keita from them in the past.

The Ivorian is known for his high energy and incredible speed, with bags of potential.
Paris Saint-Germain are also in talks to sign Diomande and strengthen their already elite frontline.
He joined Leipzig last summer after a move from Leganes in Spain and has impressed crowds in the Bundesliga.
Salah's departure saw him moved to tears as he heard You'll Never Walk Alone for the last time at Anfield.

The Egyptian started his final game for the club against Brentford, as the Reds drew 1-1 with the Bees.
Salah provided the assist for Curtis Jones' opener and was so close to getting his 193 Premier League goals after his free-kick hit the post.
He was given an impromptu guard of honour by his team-mates when he was substituted in the 74th minute, kissing the turf one final time.

"It's tricky to leave Liverpool. It's life. I look back and wonder if I would have wanted more than I achieved. Not really. We won it all.
