West Ham boss Nuno Espirito Santo has revealed he'll talk with Lucas Paqueta after the forward's red card in their 2-0 defeat to Liverpool at the London Stadium on Sunday.
The Brazilian was booked for dissent late on and, when he continued to argue with referee Darren England, he then received his marching orders.
It compounded a frustrating day at the office for West Ham, who faded after a bright start with goals from Alexander Isak and Cody Gakpo giving the visitors all three points.
And Nuno, speaking after the game, has admitted he'll talk with Paqueta about his conduct.
"I'm not going to comment too much. First of all I'm going to speak to Lucas and try to understand his frustrations and his behaviour," he said.
"We need all the player and we are going to need them until the end of the season. Every player out, we're going to miss them."
On his team's display, he added: "It's a disappointing day.

"We felt we were in the game, we were controlling the game. A lack of concentration cost us.
"We fought against a good team. The final pass, the final cross wasn't there.
"No way, no way [is it a big step backwards]. We didn't perform as well as should have. We'll bounce back."

Five facts about the Premier League | PA/GETTY/REUTERS/GBNEWSWhile the Hammers crashed to defeat, it was a much-needed win for Arne Slot and his Liverpool side.
Pressure has been mounting on the Dutchman following a difficult run of form that had seen them lose nine of their previous 12 matches.
But Liverpool were significantly improved today, with Isak and Gakpo scoring on a day when Mohamed Salah was dropped to the bench.
Slot, reacting to Sky Sports, said: "There's definitely a feeling of relief because if you have lost so many times then winning is important.
"We hardly conceded a chance. We were able to create chances ourselves. In other games we gave away a lot more than we did today.
"It helps if you don't go 1-0 down after five minutes because then you are more open. We played the game I wanted us to play.
Alexander Isak scored for Liverpool in their win over West Ham on Sunday | GETTY"What I saw meant a lot to our players and our fans. The fans had to travel a long way to suport a team that has been performing poorly.
"On Wednesday we face Sunderland. It's a very busy schedule for everyone. This is a good first step for us - that we won and had a clean sheet."
On if Isak's first Premier League goal for Liverpool is a significant moment following his summer arrival, the Reds boss added: "Yep, I think it does [feel significant]. I wasn't planning to give him many more minutes [before bringing him off].
"A win and that was what we mainly needed and we got a clean sheet as well which is always helpful.
"The other team hardly created a chance except in the final minute through [Jarrod] Bowen.
"West Ham made it a difficult game for us but we did very well defensively. The good thing was that they only had one chance."
