Alexander Isak has expressed his delight after scoring his first Premier League goal for Liverpool in their 2-0 win over West Ham at the London Stadium on Sunday.
The Reds entered the contest seeking a return to winning ways, having lost nine of their last 12 matches across all competitions.
And Liverpool did exactly that, with Isak and Cody Gakpo netting in the second half to secure victory.
For Isak, the goal will be a huge relief.
The former Newcastle star has struggled ever since his blockbuster move back in the summer but, now he's up and running in the league, will be hoping to build on today's positive display.
And Isak, speaking afterwards, admitted he was pleased to finally get off the mark.
"I'm aware that it has been a long time coming and I have been trying to get back to my best form. I'm still on the way but I am happy to get that goal," he said.

"We have to use this win in a good way but also be humble. We have to stay focused and keep working hard to keep this momentum."
He added: "When you are going through tough times as a team, it is about fighting. The boys did really well."

Five facts about the Premier League | PA/GETTY/REUTERS/GBNEWSAnother man who will feel relieved is Liverpool boss Arne Slot.
The Dutchman has faced plenty of criticism in recent weeks, with their title defence virtually over already.
But this was a much better performance from the Merseyside giants, who have now climbed to eighth in the league table.
Slot, speaking to Sky Sports, admitted he was pleased and said that Isak's first league goal 'feels significant'.
"I think it does feel significant. I wasn't planning to give him many more minutes [before bringing him off]," he said.
"There's definitely a feeling of relief because if you have lost so many times then winning is important. We hardly conceded a chance. We were able to create chances ourselves. In other games we gave away a lot more than we did today.

"It helps if you don't go 1-0 down after five minutes because then you are more open. We played the game I wanted us to play.
"What I saw meant a lot to our players and our fans. The fans had to travel a long way to suport a team that has been performing poorly.
"On Wednesday we face Sunderland. It's a very busy schedule for everyone.
"This is a good first step for us - that we won and had a clean sheet."
West Ham will be aiming to bounce back when they face Manchester United at Old Trafford on Thursday (8pm).
As for Liverpool, they'll return to action against Sunderland 24 hours previously (8.15pm).
