Former Premier League manager Tony Pulis is reportedly in talks to become director of football at Egyptian club Zamalek.
The 67-year-old Welshman, who left his last management position at Sheffield Wednesday in 2020, could be set for a dramatic career change in North Africa.
Pulis built his reputation during six Premier League seasons at Stoke City, plus two years in charge of Crystal Palace.
The veteran manager is now considering a move to Cairo to join one of Egypt's most prestigious football clubs.

Pulis has flown to Cairo following an invitation from former Tottenham star Mido, who now serves on Zamalek's board.
His visit aims to evaluate the club's football infrastructure and development potential.
Former Zamalek president Mamdouh Abbas confirmed the purpose of Pulis' trip is to "study Zamalek's football infrastructure, and to assess the potential for development in line with international standards."
The 14-time Egyptian champions are currently sitting fifth in the Egyptian Premier League.
Pulis brings extensive management experience, having first taken charge of Bournemouth in 1992.

His career includes two spells at Stoke City totalling 10 years, where his teams became known for their no-nonsense style of play.
Stoke's distinctive approach under Pulis featured Rory Delap's lethal long throws as a key tactical weapon.
His managerial journey has also included stints at Gillingham, Bristol City, Portsmouth, Plymouth, West Bromwich Albion and Middlesbrough.

Zamalek play their home matches at the 75,000-capacity Cairo International Stadium, highlighting football's immense popularity in Egypt.
The sport enjoys massive following in the North African nation, where Premier League stars Mohamed Salah and Omar Marmoush are considered national icons.
Abbas has publicly praised Pulis, describing him as "one of the most prominent coaches in the history of the Premier League."
