Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton has taken to Instagram to show he means business with a ripped post-workout photo.
While his results on track may not be outstanding, the Briton is showing the immense work he is putting in behind the scenes as he works to gain any advantage he can.
In a rare occurrence for the former Mercedes man, Hamilton shared a shirtless gym video and selfie on his Instagram following a gym session on Tuesday.
The photo shows off Hamilton’s great physique, that rivals many athletes half his age, and shows how serious the 40-year-old still takes his training.

Hamilton has recently reunited with his long-time physiotherapist and trainer, Angela Cullen, which may explain his ability to maintain such a high fitness level.
Cullen, 50, was with the Briton for four of his six world championship successes at Mercedes, with the duo becoming good friends.

The pair were inseparable during the Covid lockdown when traveling members of the F1 community were restricted from seeing anyone outside of their ‘bubbles’ of two or three people.
In a shock twist, they parted ways in 2023, for reasons unknown.
Her reintroduction in Italy indicates that Hamilton is looking for every spark he can find to get more promising results out of his Ferrari.

Hamilton will be looking for every advantage he can get going into the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, his first home race with the Scuderia.
He will take to the track on home soil for Ferrari on Friday, looking to improve from his disappointing seventh place in the driver's standings.
