Roy Keane and Gary Neville have opened up on their worries about England as the Three Lions target glory at this summer's World Cup.
Thomas Tuchel's men enter the tournament hoping to end 60 years of hurt, having last won a major trophy all the way back in 1966.
England have named a strong squad for this summer's tournament, with A-listers such as Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and Morgan Rogers all making the cut.
However, neither Keane or Neville thinks the Three Lions will go all the way in North America this summer, with three problems highlighted.
Speaking to The Sun, former Republic of Ireland star Keane suggested that England's defence isn't good enough.
“I’m worried about England defensively," he said.
“I can’t shake that off. I just think defensively, in the knockout stages against a top nation, that’s what could hold England back.
“They obviously have a brilliant player in Kane.

“I think when you’ve got Kane, you are always in with a chance, but I think defensively they might come up short.”
Keane also suggested one of France, Spain or current holders Argentina will end up lifting the trophy aloft.
Neville, meanwhile, is backing France to secure glory.
Explaining his pick, he said: “I think France will win.

England's record at the World Cup | GETTY/ GB NEWS“I think they’ve got a mixture of players who have got the physicality, the mentality and the technical ability to keep the ball and possession in heat.
“But also the ability to explode and go quickly when they need to on a counter-attack.
“I think they’re the most adaptable team. So for me, I think France will win this tournament.”
On England, however, Neville was far more downbeat - with the ex-Manchester United star expressing a belief that the heat, and tiredness within the squad after a long season, will prove damaging.
“I’m always the optimist with England. I’m always the person who says we can win it," he continued.
“This team, this squad, and this group of players have demonstrated, more than most, how close they can get to a World Cup and European Championship, winning major tournaments, but something about this tournament tells me we could find it quite difficult.
“There’s two things. One, I always think the heat will be a factor for us.
“I think when we’re playing in that searing heat, hopefully we play in stadiums with the roof on as much as possible.
England won all of their World Cup qualifying matches to reach the showpiece tournament | PA“I just feel that could be a factor for England. The second thing, quite a few of our players that we would rely upon just look a little bit jaded right now, or aren’t quite in their perfect moment in form.
“It’s very difficult to pick that back up in the last few weeks of a season, but let’s hope that happens.
“Let’s hope that England can win trophies, go into the tournament with confidence, and do well, but I’ve got a feeling we may not get past the quarter-finals."
